Bernard’s Cocktail Lounge in Waldorf Astoria Chicago

The 20th Annual Product Awards at the HD Expo brings the best in design and art together. We had a great time hosting an incredible lounge experience with keynote speakers and attending a great conference with our colleagues, clients, and friends. We’re excited to share some amazing projects that we’re part of this experience.

First, we were honored to be selected as the winner of the Custom Art + Installations category for the piece “Braids” by Beth Kamhi. This central piece of the newly refreshed Bernard’s cocktail lounge in Waldorf Astoria Chicago adds to the classic, rich design of the space. Special thanks to our design partner KTGY Simeone Deary Design Group for an incredible collaboration. We’re thrilled to be recognized for this beautiful project.

Additionally, we were delighted to be partners in a range of beautiful hospitality spaces highlighted at this year’s awards. Congratulations to many of our clients and partners involved in the projects below for being acknowledged for their outstanding work. We are grateful for the opportunity to work together and celebrate these achievements!

• AC Hotel by Marriott Naples 5th Avenue: Winner of the Budget/Select Service Hotel Category, AC Hotel in Florida redefines budget travel with architecture by MHK Architecture & Planning and interiors by DLR Group. This art program brought the calmness of Florida seascapes into all of the guestrooms. Additionally, they took home another win in the Budget/Select Service Hotel Public Space category for their  incredible pool and lobby design.  

• Hotel Genevieve: Nominated in the Lifestyle Hotel Category, Hotel Genevieve in Louisville, Kentucky, impresses with its seamless blend of architectural prowess by LLW Architects and distinctive interiors by ROHE Creative and Bunkhouse. Brightly decorated, each design accent tells a story and is paired with our exciting art program that features local talent.

• The Ritz-Carlton Portland: Nominated in the Luxury Hotel Category, The Ritz-Carlton in Portland, Oregon, showcases art from our team that highlights the masterful architecture of GBD Architects and sophisticated interior design by ROAM Interior Design. Additionally, this lovely property makes a second appearance as a nominee in the Luxury Hotel Public Space category. 

• The Junto: Nominated for the Lifestyle Hotel Public Space category, this boutique hotel in Columbus, Ohio offers a standout public space experience designed by Rockbridge Design and architecture by JNS Architecture. We had so much fun bringing artful storytelling into their space. 

 

The Georgian Hotel

 

• The Georgian: Winner of Restorations, Transformations + Conversions and Nominee of the Luxury Hotel Public Space category, The Georgian Hotel in Santa Monica shines. Thanks to the brilliant work of hoteliers Jon Blanchard and Nicolo Rusconi of BLVD Hospitality, every inch of The Georgian is carefully curated to transport guests to an era of glamor and sophistication. Once a playground for the social elite in the roaring 1920s, this beloved landmark still exudes a sense of old-world charm and style. 

• AutoCamp Zion: Nominated for Lodges + Camps category, this picturesque lodge in Virgin, Utah wows with architecture by HKS and interiors by Narrative Design Studio. The artful moments throughout this luxury campground has an inspiring Western feel everyone can enjoy.
