Kevin Barry Art Advisory celebrates 30 years as we release our newest issue of ELEVATE by KBAA. In it, we explore how both the past and future find expression in the present—from a historic hotel to a forward-thinking healthcare space. As you wander through these incredible projects, we invite you to reflect on the enduring timelessness of great art.
Our first feature is of the iconic Fairmont Breakers Long Beach. A multi-year collaboration culminated in a collection of over 650 artworks celebrating a storied and stunning architectural gem. A beacon of culture on the California coastline for almost a century, the building has been reenvisaged as a luxury hotel where heritage and modernity collide.

A gallery wall features a range of artworks from contemporary abstracts to vintage photography.
We also highlight Duarte, California’s City of Hope Outpatient Center, where art and healing intersect. The extensive art program draws inspiration from California’s diverse natural landscapes and the emotional journeys of patients, creating environments that welcome every visitor wherever they might be in their healing process. From large-scale installations to intimate nooks, we collaborated with artists to create moments of joy and nurturing.

“While Sifting through a Me Dream” by Ball-Nogues Studio invites viewers to explore a colorful and dynamic installation.
In this issue of ELEVATE by KBAA, we hope you’re inspired to celebrate the past while imagining a visionary future. Follow us at @kevinbarryartadvisory on Instagram to share your thoughts!
