As the year turns its final corner, we’re feeling an overwhelming sense of gratitude and joy. This year marked our 30th anniversary, and we’ve spent it marveling at how far we’ve come. Over the past three decades, we’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of talented artists and clients, each shaping KBAA in their own unique and meaningful way. That’s why we’re particularly excited to present our Spellbound Spaces issue. This issue celebrates some of the most extraordinary projects we’ve brought to life alongside hospitality visionaries who embody what Spellbound Spaces truly mean.
The keystone project in this issue showcases our partnership with Nemacolin, a sprawling luxury resort in Farmington, Pennsylvania. The property radiates exclusivity and wonder, offering a gallery-like experience with more than 1,000 artworks displayed across its scenic grounds. Nemacolin has earned both a Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond rating and spans 2,200 wooded acres with sweeping mountain views. It blends high-end luxury with quirky charm, endless adventure, and a secluded setting, creating an unforgettable escape.
We worked closely with Nemacolin to express their vision through curated art programs in two of their iconic properties, The Chateau and The Grand Lodge. Each space tells its own enchanting story, brought to life through artwork that deepens the guest experience. They chose to collaborate with us not only for our expertise but for our ability to translate design visions into moments of wonder.
