It’s that time again! Explore our latest issue of ELEVATE, where we bask in Coastal Reverie. Our latest issue drifts into a world of tropical calm and seaside beauty. We explore art shaped by stunning coastlines, natural reefs, and ocean breezes. From the palm-lined shores of Hawaii, to the quiet charm of Cape Cod, get ready to explore work that reflects the natural beauty of life by the sea.
Our keystone art program in this issue is Fairmont Orchid, Hawaii. Recently refreshed to meet a new standard of elegance, the five-star oceanfront oasis celebrates its breathtaking natural setting and the enduring rhythms of Hawaiian culture. With over 540 rooms and suites, expansive black-lava beaches, and unique private lagoons, the Fairmont Orchid is an endless world for guests to immerse themselves in. As part of the property’s revitalization, our art program was carefully integrated to reflect the spirit of renewal. It highlights local craftsmanship, honors the natural landscape, and enhances the guest experience through quiet moments of connection and discovery.

“Rejuvenation,” a monoprint on paper by Hawaiian native Douglas Pooloa Tolentino, is presented with distinctive linen matting.
Throughout the rest of this issue, you’ll find highlights from projects like Cape Cod’s Red Jacket Resorts, along with coastal design and art moments that continue to inspire us. We tapped our team to curate the very best of seaside living, like a brand new spotify playlist, what to pack in your beachbag, and how to capture the cutest sardine with watercolor!

May your summer be steeped in sun, sea, and a little KBAA-curated coastal reverie.
As you explore the Coastal Reverie issue, we hope you feel immersed in our artful approach to bringing the outside in. We love telling stories through every art program we create, but there’s something especially rewarding about coastal moments. We truly can’t get enough of celebrating the effortless beauty of the shore, wherever it may be.
